I posted a sneak preview of Lucy & Chris’s wedding a few weeks back. So, I’m very pleased to show you some more from the wedding.
We started off at Lucy’s Mum’s house in Bramhall, Stockport, for the bridal preparation shots (or “getting ready”, as I more simply prefer to call it).
The wedding ceremony itself was at St Thomas’s Church in High Lane, where we were greeted by sunshine and a lovely pink cherry tree.
We then moved on to the Hallmark Hotel, Manchester (formerly known as The Belfry), which is in Handforth, Cheshire. The Hallmark is a great venue, with some lovely trees, wide open lawns, and further sunshine to boot.
An excellent day was had by all, as you might reasonably expect. The only other thing you might like to know is this: originally the couple were due to have a different photographer, as part of a package. However, I’d recently done the bride’s mum’s wedding, as well as several other family events and so on. So, pleasingly as far as I’m concerned, the other chap was given the boot and I was very pleased to take up the reins (shoelaces?) at short notice. Sorry, other chap.
Anyway, thanks for looking, enjoy the photos.
