Gabby contacted Tim Hensel Photography late April, having discussed it with her mum she wanted to see if she could make some extra money modelling. We decided that a portrait photography session aimed at producing a general modelling portfolio was the way forward – she could then send the resulting images to agencies in Manchester and elsewhere to try to book some photo shoots.
She brought a few changes of outfit for a number of different looks, and we spent a fun, relaxed portrait photography session shooting the modelling portfolio. Photo shoots like this can vary in length, we were done in about an hour’s photo shoot. Had she needed longer, that wouldn’t have been a problem – always best to run photo shoots at their own pace.
Naturally Gabby and her family were delighted with the photographs, which we supplied digitally on a CD. Excitingly, having sent out the first round of emails, Gabby landed a position as an extra in hit TV series Waterloo Road! Everyone is quite confident that more work will follow. We were really pleased to have a story of success so quickly!
