I love it when I’m asked to do something a little bit different. This family asked if I could come to their farm in Hayfield, Derbyshire, during half term week, and capture some photographs of the children in situ.
When I got there, I was delighted to find a barn full of enormous bales of hay. I set up my lights, we had a whale of a time (perhaps “a sheep of a time” would be a better phrase) climbing on the hay to find the best spot for the photos.
I’m really pleased with the pictures. The kids were happy and relaxed, and the location, as well as looking great, adds a personal touch.
The sheep observed the shoot from start to finish, but were unavailable for comment.
Thanks for looking
